Refund Policy
Last updated: April 3, 2026
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the value AutoCISO provides. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we offer a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you find at least the value of your subscription in identified license waste or security risks during your first audit.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period are generally not granted, except in cases of technical failure where the Service was unavailable for a significant period or as required by law. All refunds are at the sole discretion of AutoCISO.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Contact for Refunds
To request a refund or if you have questions about our policy, please contact us at billing@autociso.io with your account details and the reason for your request.
6. Partner Program — Referral Payout (Track A)
Referral payouts are cash payments equal to 20% of each successful monthly subscription payment made by a referred organization. Payouts are disbursed to Partners according to AutoCISO's standard payout schedule and are not account credits.
If a referred organization successfully disputes or reverses a payment, the corresponding referral payout is reversed or withheld from the Partner's next disbursement.
Partner accounts terminated for abuse or fraudulent enrollment forfeit all pending and undisbursed referral payouts.
7. Managed-Org Discount (Track B)
The discount tier applied to a Partner's managed-track organizations is evaluated at the start of each billing cycle based on the count of eligible managed-track organizations (those with an active paid subscription) at that time. No retroactive adjustment is issued for mid-cycle tier changes — if a managed org's subscription lapses partway through a billing period, the discount for that period is not adjusted.
If AutoCISO issues a refund for a managed-track organization's subscription, the refund amount is calculated on the discounted subscription price paid by the Partner. The Partner's discount does not increase the refund amount owed.
